Healthcare Innovation: NVGF and Haibin Rehabilitation Hospital Bring Together Eastern and Western Medicine

NVGF has established a partnership with Haibin Rehabilitation Hospital in China. The signing ceremony, which was held in Lianyungang, aims to integrate Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Western rehabilitation therapies, such as physiotherapy, to enhance healthcare services.

Key stakeholders, including representatives from Jiangsu Province's Health Commission and the Netherlands Trade Development Agency that mediated the event, were present at the signing ceremony.

NVGF emphasised that this partnership aligns with their mission to promote global cooperation and interdisciplinary approaches in healthcare. The collaboration will focus on improving care standards, particularly in chronic disease management and elderly care.

By integrating TCM with Western techniques such as physiotherapy, the partnership aims to develop innovative healthcare solutions and improve patient outcomes for both local and international patients in Europe and China.

This collaboration was highlighted by Xinhua Daily, a prominent Chinese newspaper with national reach, known for being the first published by the Chinese government.
